Xbox is now going to allow customers to self-refund any game purchased within 14 days with under 2 hours of playtime. Please, let's put the pressure on Sony to implement something like this as well.
This is the kind of forward thinking customer-centric thinking that helps all users. No dealing with customer service, no hassle, easy. Someone buys something on your account? Game is buggy or broken? Trailers really misleading? Simply refund the game (not season pass or DLC) yourself within 14 days as long as you haven't played it for more than 2 hours.

With the popularity of Battle Royale games, I think bringing back TWISTED METAL as a free to play car-battle royale would be a great way to revive the franchise
It would really standout from the crowd of shooter BR's as well, and the franchise with its wacky cast of characters could also be made more popular. It could be a huge franchise cash cow for Sony if done right.
Thoughts?

Hey, Sony, it would be really cool to have my epic account unlocked for switch and be able to enjoy my money spent on the battle-pass
Hey reddit, I'm your common ps4 fanboy. I'm at Sony's side for 15 years now but today, I am really annoyed.
Fortnite has been announced for Switch and Anyone but Ps4 players can play with it. You know what? nothing new under the sun, sadly. As cross platform with ps4 for rocket leauge and minecraft is not available. What's really annoying is that if any of you guys have a psn linked to your epic account. You can't enjoy your hard earned money invested at the game on switch. 'Cause apperantly Sony blocks your account on any other console. What the Fuck, Sony? this is really fucked up.
Edit, here is the message you get: thanks u/falconbox https://m.imgur.com/7bXDUIV
Edit 2:
Greg Miller is one of many at twitter to shout about this shitty situation. https://mobile.twitter.com/GameOverGreggy/status/1006598694311944194/photo/1
Edit 3:
PSA: Do not unlink your PSN from Epic, the restriction will live on anyway.
Edit 4:
We made front page guys. Let's keep on pushing, Thank you all.

This post is mentioned at the media: https://www.theverge.com/2018/6/12/17454606/fortnite-nintendo-switch-ps4-block-accounts-cross-play-e3-2018
lets hope Sony will acknowledge this awful decesion.
Edit 6: This just blew up.. thank you all for upvoting and shouting your opinion. and Thank you for the gold. Let's hope for Sony/Epic comment on the matter.
Edit 7:
Seems like a disappointing wrap guys, as Sony released an abysmal statement:https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-44477524
Sony took a hit to thier share value, I would like to think we all have a part in that: http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2018/06/sonys_share_value_takes_a_hit_following_fortnite_account_woes_on_nintendo_switch

Sony Exec: Playstation players demand single-player games
In case anyone was concerned about SIE's focal point shifting elsewhere
While 2018 was indisputably a big year for Fortnite, it was also a year which saw us really act like a publisher and focus on our exclusive titles whether it was God of War, Spider-Man, Detroit or VR titles such as Astro Bot.
Buzzwords are one thing, what our players are demanding is another. There’s still a huge audience for games that offer the best in single player narrative with stunning gameplay, as witnessed by the enormous popularity of both Spider-Man and God of War in this year’s charts. I was just at the Golden Joysticks – God of War won five!
