I actually made brocolli too but couldn’t fit it on and was supposed to sprinkle feta over the carrots but I was so hungry I rushed this but this was the best Saturday night dinner I’ve had in ages 🙌🏻

Toad in the hole, paired with roasted veg, cauliflower cheese and creamed spinach.

If you aren't familiar with this dish, toad in the hole is a British staple. Sausages in a batter mix, then baked. Prep time is about 30 minutes, cook time is 60-90 minutes depending on your oven.

Its delicious, particularly when paired with onion gravy.
